Questions about this service
01 How are shares transferred in a limited company?
Shares are transferred by a written, notarised agreement, approved by a partners’ resolution and registered with the trade registry. Calculating the tax consequences of the transfer in advance is important.
02 How long does liquidation take?
Because of the announcements to creditors after entering liquidation, the process usually takes at least six months. Liquidation returns continue to be filed during this period.
03 What happens if I do not close a dormant company?
Filing obligations continue even without activity; failing to file leads to penalties and accumulating debt. A dormant company should be closed through proper procedure.
