Your personal data may be shared with the Revenue Administration, the Social Security Institution, trade registry offices and other authorised public bodies within legal obligations, and with e-document integrators, hosting and IT service providers to the extent the service requires. Any transfer abroad complies with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.
5. Collection method and legal basis
Your data is collected through website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings, based on the legal grounds in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: establishing and performing a contract, fulfilling a legal obligation and legitimate interest, and, where required, your explicit consent.
6. Retention period
Financial records and related documents are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation; at the end of the period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can fill in the Data Request Form, write to Meşrutiyet Mah., Atatürk Blv. No:105 D:814, 06420 Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye, or email info@ankaramuhasebecin.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
