Bookkeeping and accounting means recording every income and expense document in the statutory books on time, preparing and filing tax returns, and reporting financial statements regularly. From our office in Çankaya, Ankara Muhasebeci runs this process end to end for sole traders, limited companies and joint-stock companies.
Our goal is simple: while you focus on your business, your books are closed every month, your returns are filed, and the amounts you owe are in front of you, with an explanation, before the deadline.
Who is it for?
We work with businesses of every size, from newly opened sole proprietorships to companies with dozens of employees. We have experience in services, trade, construction, healthcare, software and food and beverage. You can visit our Ankara office or run the whole process online.
How we work
- Getting started: We determine your type of books, filing calendar and e-document needs, and complete the authorisations.
- Document flow: We set up a simple routine so you can send documents via WhatsApp, email or a shared folder.
- Monthly close: We post the records, check for inconsistencies before filing and tell you the amounts due.
- Reporting: At month end we share a short summary of your income, expenses and tax burden.
Questions about this service
01 When should I send my documents?
It is enough for documents to reach us within the first week of the following month. We send reminders before every filing period.
02 Can I get accounting services fully online?
Yes. You send your documents via WhatsApp, email or a shared folder, and we meet by phone or video call. We work the same way with businesses outside Ankara.
03 How is the monthly accounting fee determined?
The company type, monthly document volume, number of employees and use of e-documents determine the fee. After an initial consultation we send a written proposal setting out the scope and fee in line with the professional chamber tariff.
